This is a notification to ahead let all customers know that we'll be soon off work for Chinese Lunar New Year holiday, which starts from 7th February to 21th February. Shipping and instant customer services would be temporarily suspended for two weeks. 

Due to the approaching holiday, the lead time of orders would be correspondingly affected. Therefore, we decide and ensure that orders placed before 12th January will all be shipped before the holiday.

As for orders placed after 12th January, there is a risk that they'll be completed and shipped at the end of February or in March. But customers could still send us a request email to info@nextie.com to check what we could do to speed up the orders before the holiday, in case there is an urgent and important order after 12th January. 

Thank you for so many customers' love on our carbon fiber products and our brand, which supported us quite a lot in the past year. In the year of 2020, we received many customers' advices and developed some innovative wheels, like Road ARX series, Road RX series, 27.5" 70mm Xiphias rim, two additional Ultralight mountain  rims and did update on Premium Edition mountain rims, developed two Down Hill mountain wheels. Also, because of some customers desire on Industry Nine hubs, we get several batches to meet customers needs. Above wheels and advices gave our brand continuous vitality, and we did also sponsor products to riders who gave us the ideas as rewards. 

In the new year of 2021, we are also preparing something new for variety of riders, like new memebers of Xphias series: 55mm width rims in size 27.5" and 29" and 80mm with one in 27.5", a bigger member of Wild Dragon Tri-Spoke: 27.5" 85mm fat bike wheelset, an update of Road CTX series, one additional gravel rim in size 27.5" and something more. Let us keep positive expection for 2021 year together.
