Send an email to info@nextie.com, attaching some photos of the problem part of the products, including a photo of the serial number, with a simple description about how the item got problem.
After analysis by our engineers, we will provide free replacement or crash replacement within the warranty period.
The warranty period starts from the date of shipment.
Standard Edition: 2 Years
Premium Edition: 3 Years
Supreme Edition: 5 Years.
