Supreme Road Bicycle Carbon Rim —— Ripple 50 Wavy-lines

Supreme Road Bicycle Carbon Rim —— Ripple 50 Wavy-lines

For the first time we apply a new appearance design to the road bike carbon fiber rim —— Ripple 50. When riding, especially at high speed, the wavy lines on the surface of this rim can disrupt the air flow around the rim, thereby reducing wind resistance and increasing speed. At the same time, This is also the first time we apply Toray T1100 carbon fiber to manufacture road bike rims. Toray T1100 generally has a higher tensile strength than T800 or T1000 carbon fiber. The addition of T1100 carbon fiber material provides us with a foundation to further reduce the rim weight.

1. Material Upgrade: Toray T1100 Aerospace Grade Carbon Fiber Added, Rim Gets Lighter.

Ripple 50 pioneers the use of Toray T1100 aerospace-grade carbon fiber as its main structural material, making rim much stronger. This is the first time we apply Toray T1100 carbon fiber to manufacture road bike rims. As we know, Toray T1100 generally has a higher tensile strength than T800 or T1000 carbon fiber. The addition of T1100 carbon fiber material provides us with a foundation to further reduce the rim weight.

2. Rim Surface Spoiler and Aesthetic Improvement Design: Wavy Lines.

For the first time we apply a new appearance design to the road bike carbon fiber rim —— Ripple 50. When riding, especially at high speed, the wavy lines on the surface of this rim can disrupt the air flow around the rim, thereby reducing wind resistance and increasing speed.

3. Newest Layer-up Structure: All-wrapping Technology for Main Carbon Fiber Structure Make Rim Stronger.

All-wrapping Technology (AWT) for main carbon fiber structure applied on Ripple 50 rim further improves the stability and stiffness. AWT ensures the integrity of the carbon fiber material, thereby ensuring the rim's stability and stiffness. AWT is also applied on our road bike rims of Alpha series and Ocean series.

4. Highly Strict Technical Test Methods — 100J (UCI test condition).

We applied the UCI test conditions to test Ripple 50 carbon rim. The impact test result was 100J, which is a high value for a road bike rim. This is much higher than the UCI's qualified strength standard for road bicycle rims. IMPACT TEST VIDEO.

This rim could be used for Road. Triathlon. Cyclocross. Dirt. Gravel and Adventure riding.. The tire size for this model of rim is recommended at 28 ~ 53mm Road | 28 ~ 40mm Cyclocross | 28 ~ 60mm Gravel. The tire pressure is recommended at 30 ~ 90psi Road | 25 ~ 54psi Cyclocross | 27 ~ 79psi Gravel.
